Bloomingshop is a little world built around the joy of creating, soft materials, and a love for things that feel both beautiful and useful in everyday life.
Behind the shop is me, Hanna, with a strong passion for everything related to creativity —especially sewing, photography, and the process of bringing colors, materials, and details together into a cohesive whole.
Over time, Bloomingshop has grown into a family business where my husband Michael and our two now-adult daughters are also part of the day-to-day operations behind the shop.
Today, Bloomingshop is filled with hand-picked clothing, accessories, and home decor from brands we love, always chosen with care for quality, color, and how they fit into the world we want to create.
Ängalund
When we started photographing our collections, we gradually realized that we longed for something more than traditional product photos.
We didn’t just want to show a single garment.
We wanted to show the context.
How a knitted cardigan feels on a windy evening by the sea.
How a flannel shirt belongs next to an old wooden fence.
How a nightgown looks on an early summer morning when the coffee has just finished brewing.
We started Ängalund because we longed for a place where our clothes could take on a life of their own.
Over time, we noticed that many people enjoyed coming back there.
Ängalund never became just a backdrop for our photos. It became a little world that emerged step by step. A place where the seasons change at their own pace, where Anna wanders between the beach, the garden, and the old gravel roads, and where each new garment finds its own context.
How We Create Our Images
The images in Bloomingshop are created both through traditional photography and with the help of modern imaging technology.
For us, it’s not about replacing reality, but about being able to create the environments and stories we’ve long carried with us and giving our collections a context. Technology gives us the freedom to let creativity take center stage without being limited by season, weather, or location.
All the products you’ll find here are real items from our collection, and our goal is always to showcase them as faithfully as possible. Ängalund is our creative world—a way to show how our garments can accompany you through everyday life and become a natural part of it.

Bloomingshop
Our own brand, Hanna R. Blooming, took shape at the sewing machine, surrounded by fabrics, lace, and buttons, born from a desire to create garments with feeling, sustainability, and personality. For several years, we manufactured our own clothing in collaboration with carefully selected partners in Estonia and Lithuania. Right now, that part of our business is on hold as we seek new opportunities to resume in-house production in the right form and with the right manufacturers—something that remains very close to our hearts.
