We pack all orders with care here at Bloomingshop. As a small family business, every order means a lot to us.


Delivery

Delivery time is normally 1–5 business days

During sales, weekends, and holidays, it may take an extra day or two

You’ll receive a shipping notification via email from us when we ship your package, which includes a link with a trackable tracking number so you can always see exactly where your order is located.


Returns

NOTE! If you placed an order before we launched the new store on April 7, the return form is no longer available. Please email kontakt@bloomingshop.se and let us know you’d like to return an item, and we’ll send you a QR code.

You have 14 days from the date you picked up your package to make a return.

Your order includes a return shipping label and a return form—simply fill in what you want to return and then drop off the package at your local shipping agent.

Be sure to place the return shipping label on top of the original shipping label so the package isn’t accidentally sent back to you.

If you’d rather use the right of withdrawal form available further down the page, that’s fine too, of course, but we don’t require it—just do whatever feels easiest for you.


Terms for returns

For a return to be approved:

The product must be in its original condition

All tags must be attached

The product must not have been used

You may try on the garment, but it must be in the same condition as when delivered.


Depreciation

If the item has been handled to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics and function, a deduction may be made corresponding to the item’s loss of value. The loss of value may amount to 100%

Refund

Refunds are processed via Klarna.

We will issue a refund once we have received and approved your return

Refunds are normally processed within a few days after we have approved the return.


Unclaimed packages

If a package is not claimed and is returned to us, a fee of 300 SEK will be charged for shipping and handling.


Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your item. Here’s how to exercise your right of withdrawal:

You can choose to exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the item using our return shipping label within 14 days of receiving your order, or by notifying us by filling out and emailing or mailing the Swedish Consumer Agency’s withdrawal form to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Do whatever is easiest for you.

Refund: We will refund the full amount, including the shipping cost to you, no later than 14 days after we have received your return or your notice of return.
However, the refund may be delayed until we have received the item back or received confirmation that it has been shipped.
