Returns & Right of Withdrawal outside Scandinavia and Germany
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you collect your parcel. If you wish to return an item, please email us at kontakt@bloomingshop.se and include your order number. We will guide you through the return process.
Standard Withdrawal Form
If you prefer, you may use the standard withdrawal form. You can find it via the Swedish Consumer Agency, Konsumentverket: https://www.konsumentverket.se You are also welcome to contact us by email instead, whatever feels easiest for you.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unchanged condition, all tags must still be attached, and the item must not have been used. You may try on the garment, but it must be returned in the same condition as received. Depreciation If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function, a deduction may be made corresponding to the decrease in value. The depreciation may amount to up to 100%.
Return Shipping outside scandinavia and Germany
You are responsible for the return shipping when exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please contact us by email to receive the return address before sending your return.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via Klarna. We issue the refund once we have received and approved your return. Refunds are usually processed within a few days after approval.
Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of 30 EUR (or equivalent in your local currency) will be charged to cover shipping and handling.
