These pants are made from a thick, soft cotton corduroy with narrow ribs and a touch of stretch. The color is a wonderful, slightly faded mole brown that feels relaxed right from the start and only gets better when paired with fall’s natural whites, browns, and muted tones.

The style is straight-leg with a mid-rise waist and long legs. These are exactly the kind of pants that look great with a romantic white blouse and boots now that fall is just beginning, and a little later on with a soft linen sweater, a knitted vest, or a warm cardigan. When winter arrives, they’ll still be perfect to wear with thick socks and even more layers.

• Corduroy has a soft nap that can be more susceptible to wear than a smooth fabric
• If your pants tend to get a lot of chafing or wear in certain areas, we therefore recommend choosing a different material
• With use, cotton corduroy becomes softer and, over time, takes on a naturally worn look
