Wide-leg jeans in this fall’s straw-yellow shades

These jeans have a high waist that fits fairly snugly across the waist and hips before the legs flare out widely. It’s precisely those proportions that make them so lovely. A bit ’70s, a bit rustic, and very relaxed.
The color is wonderful paired with off-white, brown, dark green, and fall’s slightly more muted shades. Wear them with an old-fashioned white cotton blouse while the days are still mild, and later on with a chunky-knit wool sweater, a cardigan, and boots when the air turns cooler.
