When it’s starting to be time to curl up on the couch again
There comes a time of year when the couch suddenly becomes a little more inviting. When the rain pats against the windows, the lights come on earlier in the evenings, and it feels perfectly reasonable to make a cup of tea and pull a big, fluffy throw over yourself.
This is exactly that kind of throw.
Thick, soft, and wonderfully cozy, with long, shaggy faux sheepskin on one side and soft velour on the other. It’s just as wonderful when it’s simply draped casually over the edge of the sofa or piled among the pillows as when you’re actually using it.
And the color is that soft cream shade that goes so well with natural tones, brown, small floral patterns, and plaid. At Ängalund, it had been left in the glass porch throughout late summer, ready for the first slightly cooler evenings. Later in the year, it would likely have found its way onto the sofa, once the rain turned to snow and the wool socks came out.
